i hate being by myself. its good oftentimes..but i usually end up thinking about things. and being that paranoid freak that i am, i tend to, as ands puts it, "make your own goddamned problems". and being an only child, this happens often. argh. the mind is good to have. but being left alone with it for a very long time on a rainy sleepless night will kill you.

finished reading the distant land of my father. and i actually cried when her father died. weird. i didnt even feel anything close to crying when her mother died. but when her father died, i just felt downright sad. even though i could never relate. and i also realized i have a liking for books that center on father-daughter relationships. maybe its just a coincidence that the good books i happen to read have those themes. i dont know. although i still wish that i would have an encounter somewhat like dang's on my 17th birthday too..[lakas mangarap.]
